Offerd is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides:
- Resume analysis and ATS optimization
- AI-powered practice interviews with feedback
- Document generation (cover letters, thank-you notes)
- Application tracking and management
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use

6. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, feedback, and documents. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions, not guarantees
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
- AI outputs may not be perfect and should be used as a starting point
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers or interviews
7. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide accurate billing information
- Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date

8. Intellectual Property

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVENIRE, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invenire, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
