Licensing FAQ
How does seat-based licensing work?
You purchase a set number of seats for your institution. Each seat represents one student who can access Offerd with unlimited interview practice for the full license term.
Can we add seats mid-year?
Absolutely. You can purchase additional seats at any time, prorated for the remainder of your annual term. We'll apply your current volume discount tier.
What happens to unused seats?
Seats can be reassigned throughout the year. If a student graduates or leaves, you can transfer their seat to a new student at no additional cost.
Do you offer multi-year discounts?
Yes. Institutions committing to 2 or 3-year agreements receive additional discounts on top of volume pricing. Contact us for details.
Is there a pilot program option?
We offer free pilot programs for qualifying institutions. Run Offerd with a small cohort before committing to a full license.
What payment options are available?
We accept purchase orders, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card. Annual billing is standard, with quarterly options available for Enterprise.
